The Peugeot patented mechanism developed in 1850 is still the one used in today's mills. A combination of specially angled channeling grooves and teeth creates a superior grind.

At the touch of a button, you can mill peppercorns or sea salt at the table or in the kitchen. For added convenience, these mills are fitted with a light that comes on when the grinder is in use, enabling easy viewing of your grind amount. The mills come complete with an attractive stainless steel tray for each mill.
